Body Limit trainers have a huge amount of experience in the industry combined with the fact that they can deliver their message in an intelligent and simple way to get the best out of each session.

Each trainer has his or her own unique personal training specialties and areas of expertise which allows us to cater to a wide variety of personal training needs and goals. Our trainers specialise in a wide range of disciplines: Bodybuilding, Weight loss/gain, Toning Strength, Conditioning Sports (specific training), Injury rehabilitation, Boot camp, Triathlon, Boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, Pilates mat/machine, Yoga (various styles) and Spinning (indoor cycling).

You can book single sessions by the hour or half hour or receive a discounted rate for block bookings.

During Charles bodybuilder career he has finished 1st in World Championships NABBA, European Championships NABBA, Mr Universe NABBA, IFBB Grand Prix England, Finland & France (2). Personal Training by Charles integrates a wide range of training disciplines and methods to ensure that your interest is high and your body is always being challenged in a wide range of ways.

Leonard has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years. A former competitive champion bodybuilder, Leonard achieved a number of major honours in the sport including Mr Universe, European champion, World champion & British champion.
